Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS - Store credit only If you need to reschedule to another day, Please email brushfire@brushfireonline.com or call the studio 225-664-4994 and let us know what date you would like to move to. The studio reserves the right to cancel the camp. In the event of a studio-canceled camp, a full refund will be issued. If weather related, store credit will be issued. Projects given will vary to each child, depending on their pace of painting or creating. If your child misbehaves, and parent needs to be called to be picked up earlier, no refunds will be given. I grant permission for the studio to have the right to any photographs or images from this event for promotion and/or advertising. Drop off begins at 10 AM and please arrange for prompt pickup by 4:00 PM. Lunch: Please provide lunch, two snacks, and water for your child if they will be with us the full day. Snacks are ok for 1/2 day as well. Assumption of Risk/Waiver of Liability: As legal guardian of the below-named persons, I HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Brushfire Art Studio, LLC on my own behalf and the behalf of my child and our respective heirs, administrators, executors, and successors, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or other representatives, whether paid or volunteer, FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ON THE MINOR'S ACCOUNT OR MINE caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the studio, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or agents. I have read and understand, and will at all times, abide by and have my child abide by rules, regulations, and policies as set forth by the studio.
