Wheel throwing sessions must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. All reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours before the session and are subject to availability. Same day cancellations will be charged $25 fee. No refunds are issued for wheel throwing lessons. Store credit only if over 24 hours. If cancelled for any other unseen circumstances, Store credit may be issued. Absolutely no refunds. We will text or email you when your piece is ready to be painted. You can come in anytime during our regular business hours to paint your piece. We will then text or email you when your item is fired and ready to be picked up. Please allow 7-10 business days for that. Please note that some pieces may be damaged in the firing process. If a piece is broken into multiple pieces during the firing process, you will have the opportunity to remake the piece at no-charge. Pieces that crack can be remade at a 50% discount. Please listen carefully to your instructor to avoid damage during the firing process. It is important that you arrive on time for your wheel throwing session. Students that arrive more than 20 minutes late with no call or a no show, forfeit their reservation and will not receive a refund or reschedule.
