- 1 party assistant, group photo.
If you're inviting more than 9 guests, the cost is $23 (plus tax) for each additional painter above the base price.
CANVAS PACKAGE ($250):
This package accommodates up to 11 painters, including the birthday child, and covers the studio fee, room rental, and applicable taxes.
- Birthday child paints for FREE.
- All painters paint one kids' 11 x 14 canvas canvas selected by the Birthday Child
- Up to 2-hour room rental (party lasts approximately 1.75 hours)
- 1 party assistant, Group photo
If you're inviting more than 11 guests, the cost is $20 (plus tax) for each additional painter above the base price.
Deposit of $100 and you can pay the balance the day of the party.
Party Schedule:
- Host Party Setup -30 minutes before
- Guest Arrival - 5-10 minutes before
- Painting Time - 1 hour
- Cake, Presents, & Group Photo - 45 minutes
The cleanup process should begin no later than 15 minutes before the party ends.
You're welcome to bring cake, ice cream, drinks, and decorations (plates, cups, utensils, tablecloths). We’ll handle everything else! Please don't bring any confetti, silly string, or glitter.
Feel free to tip party attendant.
Please note: We don’t have ice and only have a small freezer for mini cups of ice cream. We provide a cake table, and you can bring a tablecloth. An extra table is available for gifts if you have fewer than 12 kids. If you bring a cooler, please be sure it doesn't leak.
Our private party room accommodates up to 18 painters. If you have more than 18 kids or 15 adults total, please let us know so we can seat you in the main studio. For larger groups, we suggest parents drop off their children if they're old enough. They are welcome to walk the village and shop during the party or paint in the front studio.
Please get in touch with us with the minimum number of kids at least a week before the party so we can prepare accordingly. We look forward to celebrating with you!
